Monday, December 13, 2021 10:10 a.m. - 11:50 a.m. ET

The COVID pandemic has accelerated the use of remote video technology in depositions, trial testimony and court proceedings. Topics they will address include:

• The basics of dress, makeup and lighting

• The role of practice

• How to relate to the camera and use your body within the space of the camera to communicate

• Using visuals on camera versus using them in person

• Keeping your listener’s attention in a virtual environment

  • Understand technical basics of ensuring good video and sound
  • Know what colors to avoid wearing on camera
  • Have practical tips on how to keep listeners' attention, work with exhibits and visuals, and create a dynamic presentation in a virtual environment
