Marie McDonnell is a Mortgage Fraud and Forensic Analyst, a Certified Fraud Examiner®, and a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics®, with over thirty-four (34) years of experience in transactional analysis, mortgage auditing, and mortgage fraud investigation. She is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of McDonnell Property Analytics (“MPA”) a nationwide litigation support and research firm headquartered in Brewster, Massachusetts.

Over the past three decades, Ms. McDonnell has developed, extensively tested, and reliably employed a proprietary set of mortgage auditing tools and protocols that enable her to track with precision a lender’s loan servicing system and determine with particularity whether a problem is the result of borrower failure, lender malfeasance, or whether it is technology and policy related.

Currently, Ms. McDonnell has engaged a software development company to convert her Excel-based analytical tools into a robust software application that will streamline and automate her processes while allowing the user the flexibility of adding customized data fields that are necessary to follow how the servicer is distributing payments into all account categories.

Once the Financial Forensics Software has been developed and tested, Ms. McDonnell will license and train other analysts to perform these valuable services.
