Stephen Curtis is a former Partner in the Transfer Pricing Economics practices of Ernst & Young LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he developed analytical solutions for transfer pricing and services in the New York, London England, and Denver offices of these firms. Mr. Curtis has more than 20 years of transfer pricing experience, delivering more than 400 technical economic valuation projects for clients as large as Fortune 5, across dozens of industries and covering all manner of intercompany transactions, including intellectual property, tangible goods, services and financing transactions, profit split arrangements, and others. He has published several  technical and academic papers on transfer pricing economic valuation. Mr. Curtis has an MSc in Public Economics from the London School of Economics, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and BS degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
